As well as services provided in-person we also offer phone, internet and video interpreting services. It is reliable, efficient and more cost effective for you.

How much we charge
We aim to have very competitive prices, for larger jobs we may be able to quote you at a discount.

Standard charge for interpreting service: £25 per hour plus travel costs

Phone and video interpreting: 50p per minute or even less if you book more than an hour.

Written translations: 10p per word
We always advise customers to consider the following :

Always be clear about why you are hiring an interpreter or translator. You may let us know if you need one with specialist vocabulary or knowledge or any other particular requirements.

Give as much background information on the situation the interpreter will find themselves in. What outcomes do you expect? Are there any potential issues or problems such as difficult personalities or sensitive issues?

Plan ahead. When will you need the interpreter or by which date we need to complete your translation? Try and give both you and them time. If necessary you may want to meet your interpreter or translator sometime before to discuss your needs in details.
