Whether you are complete beginner or need to brush up your language skills, or if you are visiting Russia as a tourist or for business, we can find the right approach to suit your needs.

Our Learning Principles

We aim to encourage a set of core learning principles when teaching all of our classes. We have found that these principles make your learning more effective and fun.

Comprehensive learning We pay attention to all aspects of the Russian language. Speaking is not possible without knowledge of grammar as well as knowledge of the culture.

Daily practice Try to spend at least one hour per day revising Russian or at least listening to audio and video in Russian. We always provide you with extra free of charge materials to help you with your home study.

Socialising We organise social events based on theme, such as Theatre/Poetry/Russian cuisines etc. Practice your Russian with other students or other native speakers.

Our courses

We offer a range of language courses to suit different needs and levels of study.

Russian for survival	The course takes from 6 to 8 weeks. During this time we will study basic conversations, how to read town signs, be confident in transport / restaurant / hotel. Introduction to How to Deal with the Russian People
Intensive Russian	Suitable to those who wish to study the language up to GCSE level. Coaching to students who are already studying for GCSE can also be given to improve their grades. Courses to suit all levels.
In-depth Russian	Building from GCSE level to A-level standard. Suitable for those who have already built confidence with speaking and reading. You will go into deep Russian to explore more of non adoptable language, to build up your vocabulary and even go into understanding of words and idioms originating.

For all students as well as a providing student book along with a course, we provide extra multimedia learning materials for FREE.

Private classes can be taught in person or online via Skype

For private tuition	We will discuss your requirements and the targets that you would like to reach. We are very flexible with the scheduling and location of your lessons.
For group classes	We provide group classes the Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield areas. Our classes are small groups consisting of around five students and typically take place on weekday evenings. We provide 10% discount for bookings five weeks in advance.
